Frithia are always flowering at this time of year for me. They don't get started before mid June at the earliest!
Strangely enough... this is flowering for me this week!
I say strangely - that is strangely for P.nelii - s.l. - but anything seems to go for cv Royal Flush!
Incidentally, this is the first time I have been able to get a decent shot. All other flowerings have either been faded when returning from work or snapped on a compact in the greenhouse due to lack of time. I have 4 plants. 3 from MSG seed sown in 2004 which are all flowering size, but never oblige at the same time. This plant is the only double header.
Especially interested in Mesembs. small Aloes and South African miniatures.
Keen propagator and compulsive 'tickler'!
New interests since 2014 include winter growing bulbs, creating Echeveria hybrids, X Trichopsis and cold hardy Echinocereus.
